1933 Phoenix Bungalow

This 1933 Bungalow in the heart of Downtown Phoenix’s Coronado Neighborhood saw little investment in 85 years. The backyard was boarded by chain-linked fence and weeds. Now this beautiful home sports native mesquites, a custom pergola, scored block walls, and planters, a complete remodel of the main house. A new ADU with exposed beams, a new bathroom and roll up door for fresh air was included as part of the build.
